1. General Provisions
These Service Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") describe the terms and conditions for the provision of electronic currency transfer services via the MULTIVAL online platform.The Rules constitute an official public offer addressed to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), aiming to conclude a service agreement with MULTIVAL under the conditions stated below.Before using MULTIVAL services, the User is required to familiarize themselves with the terms of the Rules. Use of the services signifies full acceptance of all terms.The current version of the Rules is available on the official website of the service: https://multival.is.
2. Terms and Definitions
MULTIVAL Service — a P2P platform for transferring electronic currencies of various payment systems, providing services via a dedicated software interface for Users.Service Website — the official website https://multival.is.User — an individual wishing to use the MULTIVAL service and having accepted the Rules.Payment System — a software product created by a third party that manages monetary and/or other obligations, processes payments for goods and services online, and enables settlements between users.Electronic Currency — a monetary and/or other obligation issued in digital form between the currency developer and the user.Payment/Transaction — the transfer of electronic and/or other currency from the payer to the recipient.Payment System Client — a person who has entered into an agreement with a payment system to obtain property rights expressed in units of that system.Order — information submitted electronically by the User using the Service tools, indicating their intention to use the Service under the proposed terms.Source Currency — the currency the User wishes to exchange.Source Account — the wallet number or other account identifier in the Payment System from which the Source Currency is sent.Receiving Currency — the currency the User receives as a result of exchanging the Source Currency.Receiving Account — the wallet number or other account identifier in the Payment System to which the Receiving Currency is sent.Currency Reserve — the volume of a particular Electronic Currency available in the MULTIVAL Service at the time the Order is created.Currency Exchange — the exchange of Electronic Currency from one Payment System to another.Exchange Rate — the value ratio between two Electronic Currencies during an exchange.Service Interruption — interference with the software or hardware of the Service, distortion of parameters sent to the Service, or creation of Orders without actual payment within the allotted time.3. Terms of Service
3.1. These Rules govern the provision of services for exchanging Electronic Currencies via P2P payments between individuals.3.2. The Service provides services to all Users and does not monitor User transactions in Payment Systems.3.3. Any electronic currency transaction cannot be canceled by the User once completed — i.e., after the User has received the funds (in electronic or fiat form) due under the transaction terms.3.4. A bank receipt may only be issued by the Service upon prior agreement, due to potential confidentiality and trade secret concerns.4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. Rights and Obligations of the Service4.1.1. The Service provides services under the terms described on the pages of multival.is and does not offer additional guarantees.4.1.2. MULTIVAL undertakes to take all necessary actions to ensure the quality of services within the scope of these Rules.4.1.3. The Service guarantees obligations to the User only within the amount transferred to the Service for exchange purposes.4.1.4. The Service strives to ensure 24/7 access but does not guarantee constant availability. It is not liable for User losses due to service inaccessibility or errors resulting from incorrectly entered details.4.1.5. The Service is not liable for delays, errors, or failures of third-party payment systems, exchanges, or banks, nor for losses due to User expectations about rates or profits.4.1.6. In compliance with anti-money laundering and terrorism financing regulations, the Service operates under its internal policy.4.1.7. The Service may suspend or cancel an operation if the User violates these Rules. Funds will be returned to the provided account.4.1.8. The Service may restrict access if the User violates the Rules or attempts to interfere with Service functionality.4.1.9. In case of a technical failure, the Service may refuse to execute the transaction and return funds in full.4.1.10. If the amount received differs from the Order, the Service may recalculate the transaction at the current rate without additional agreement.4.1.11. If payment is delayed beyond the allotted time, the Service may:Recalculate at the current rate without notice; or cancel the Order and refund the User.4.1.12. Refund-related costs may be borne by the User in the cases specified in points 4.1.4, 4.1.6, 4.1.7, 4.1.10, and 4.1.11.4.1.13. The Service may withhold up to 10% as compensation for partner fees or errors if:Payment is made in a different currency than indicated, or with errors.Payment violates Service Rules.Incorrect recipient details are provided (if return is possible).4.1.14. The Service is not a party to any agreement between the User and Payment System/Exchange and bears no liability for their actions.4.1.15. The Service will attempt to return funds promptly—within 24 hours or up to 7 banking days depending on the payment system.4.1.16. If no return details are given, the Service may return funds to the origin account upon User consent. Requests must come from the email in the Order.4.1.17. The Service must inform Users of exchange rate conditions during Order creation.4.1.18. Transactions may be paused if requested by competent authorities or partners, pending investigation.4.1.19. If the User owes money to the Service or affiliates, the Service may suspend operations and deduct the amount from current Orders or use debt recovery services.4.2. Rights and Obligations of the User4.2.1. To change Order details, the User must send an email from the address used in the Order.4.2.2. The User is solely responsible for calculating and paying taxes as per their local laws.4.2.3. By sending funds to the Service’s details, the User agrees to these Rules.4.2.4. The User may thank the Service in any preferred form.4.2.5. The User must not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activity or provide false information.4.2.6. The User must not interfere with the Service.4.2.7. The User must specify the card number used for payment. If using another card or service, the Service may:Unilaterally terminate the agreement and return funds to the source, minus fees.4.2.8. The User must understand the terms of the relevant Payment System, Exchange, or Bank.4.2.9. The User may request a refund before the exchange is completed and agrees to:Cover the Service’s refund costs and waive claims for third-party fees.4.2.10. Order Creation Terms:The User confirms they have enough funds, legally own them, and are not using third-party details.4.2.11. The User may request additional information regarding their exchange.5. Guarantees and Liabilities
5.1. The MULTIVAL Service is not responsible for any User losses resulting from unlawful actions by third parties.5.2. The Service guarantees compliance with all conditions stated in these Rules.5.3. For cryptocurrency exchange orders:The exchange rate is fixed at the time the order is created.Until the funds are credited to the wallet, the rate may be recalculated based on the market rate if it changes by more than 0.5% (rate deviation of 1–2 minutes is possible due to parser delays). The required number of confirmations varies by currency and is specified during the order process.If:The received amount differs from that indicated in the order, the rate is recalculated based on the amount actually received.The payment was made after the time allotted for payment expired, the rate is recalculated at the market rate at the time of receipt.(A rate deviation within 1–2 minutes is allowed due to parser delay.)5.4. The User is required to provide accurate and truthful data when submitting an order. The Service is not liable for any User losses due to errors in submitted information.6. Order Processing Regulations
6.1. The execution time of an order may range from a few seconds to several hours after payment is received in the Service's account.An order is considered paid when the funds are received in the Service’s account or when a sufficient number of confirmations have been received for a cryptocurrency transaction.6.2. An order is considered completed when the funds are sent by the Service to the User’s specified account.6.3. The User has the right to cancel the exchange and request a refund before the order is completed. Refunds are processed within 24 hours. The Service may deduct a return fee.6.4. If incorrect payment details are provided, the User must send corrected information via the email specified in the order. Otherwise, the funds may be returned to the original source.6.5. The payment time for an order is limited. If payment is not made on time, the User must create a new order. Payments made without an order or to old details are prohibited. In such cases, the Service does not guarantee a refund.6.6. If the received amount differs from that in the order, the Service will recalculate the order based on the actual amount received without additional approval from the User.6.7. Once an order has been completed, refunds are not accepted. If the order has been fulfilled and the funds have been sent to the account details provided by the User, the Service does not accept refund requests and does not guarantee the return of funds.6.8. If the amount is less than the minimum for the selected exchange direction, the Service may cancel the order and return the funds to the original source, provided the return costs do not exceed the payment amount.
